Lewisville Park

We've been having some beautiful weather, so we took advantage of it and went to Lewisville Park. It's a great park right on the Lewis River that has trails for hiking and bike riding and a fun playground.

Happy New Year 2018!

To celebrate New Year's Eve, the kids stayed up until the East Coast New Year celebration. We watched the New York City ball drop on tv, and we popped a whole bunch of poppers in the living room. Matt & I stayed up for the West Coast New Year and watched fire works from our windows.

On New Years Day, we went for a family hike to Smith & Bybee Wetlands. We saw 4 bald eagles and a Great Blue Heron. After our hike, we stopped at Toys R Us and the kids each picked out a new toy. Lisa got a Lego Friends dog agility set, and Stanley picked out a Grossery Gang set.

It was a nice day as a family to begin 2018!
