Read to Feed Assembly

Stanley's school had a contest called Read to Feed that celebrated reading and donating food. Stanley won 3rd place for kindergarteners! The prizes for the winners were a medal, certificate...and to throw a pie in the face of a teacher! Lisa and I went to watch the assembly. We couldn't miss it!

The first two kindergarteners got their pies, and threw them at the teachers. They both missed. Stanley walked up to the only male teacher on the stage (he teaches 3rd grade), and threw the pie. It hit him square in the face! Everyone started laughing and cheering. It was so funny!
